Allow us to introduce a reference project focused on advanced logistics of semi-finished goods in production and warehousing.


The goal of the project was to ensure speed, continuity, and flexibility of processes related to semi-finished goods logistics and their transformation into a packaged, palletized product ready for shipment.

In the following two videos, you can see the complete order flow – from packaging to a finished pallet in the warehouse area of the operation.

🎥 Video 1: KUKA AMR – Autonomous Order Transportation
The first video presents a KUKA Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) that transports individual packaged units according to a specific order.
The robot autonomously navigates the production area and transfers packages from the packaging line to the storage and palletizing section, eliminating manual handling and increasing the efficiency of internal logistics.

 
 

🎥 Video 2: 7-Axis KUKA Robot – Intelligent Palletizing
The second video shows pallet preparation and subsequent palletizing using a 7-axis KUKA robot.
The robot is equipped with a vision system that ensures:

  • detection of the exact pallet position,
  • correct layer placement,
  • and control of the entire palletizing process.

Palletizing is logically linked to the packaging specifications of individual orders, ensuring that each package is placed exactly according to the defined scheme—without the need for manual intervention.

 

Both parts—autonomous transport and palletizing—form a fully integrated automated solution that:

  • increases line throughput,
  • minimizes errors,
  • reduces labor requirements,
  • enables easy adaptation to different order types.

The basic function of the workplace is to fully automate the operation of the Engel vertical injection molding press, which ensures the injection of the coil housings. The task of the robots is to ensure the insertion of the coils into the mold and the subsequent removal of the finished relays.

The main function of the device is to check the types of catheters intended for packaging, their disinfection, winding and insertion into plastic packaging, including its sealing. The device works with two basic types of products and a high variability of catheter lengths.

Automated workplace for loading and unloading parts from CNC machines

 The advanced robotic workplace makes it possible to transport KLT boxes filled with semi-finished products to CNC machines and, with the help of a pair of robots, to precisely load these semi-finished products into machines so that production operations can take place on the parts. The robots then ensure the removal of parts from CNC machines and their re-insertion into KLT boxes.
