IN-SIGHT LASER PROFILERACCURATE MEASUREMENT OF PROFILES IN THE DEGREE OF MICRONS
- Sensor designed for analysis of profile dimensions (height, width, angle, area, position)
- Calibrated system providing results in real values
- User-friendly without high demands on user knowledge
In-Sight laser profiler is a measuring system that enables online measurement of dimensions (profiles) in real time. The device provides accurate measurements in the order of microns. The profiler settings are made using the intuitive In-Sight EasyBuilder user interface, which significantly simplifies work with this device. This system consists of a combination of a scanning head and a VC200 controller, as well as reliable algorithms for profile extraction.
Setting up and commissioning profilers takes place in 4 steps; obtaining a profile, locating the object, measuring, and communicating with the superior system. The data obtained can be stored for subsequent analysis or production logging.

USER SOFTWARE
PROFILER SETTINGS
The so-called In-Sight VC Explorer with Easybuilder is used to set Profilers. Various measurements can be set and monitored via this interface. The intuitive environment guides step by step programmers by setting up controls, allowing both experienced programmers and beginners to set up the application quickly and easily.
WIRELESS CONNECTION
The In-Sight laser profiler also offers platform-independent mobile visualization for access to HMIs from anywhere on the network. The HTML-based user interface allows users to monitor production line activity from any laptop, tablet, smartphone or other mobile device.
