READING THE CODE

Almost every product carries a 1D or 2D code for automation, simplification of identification and data acquisition for the final monitoring of the production and logistics process.

The reading process involves illuminating the location with the code, finding the code, and retrieving the information stored in the code. For this process, the customer can use handheld or stationary code readers, which offer many models and HW variants depending on the type of application and its specifications.

In the area of ​​code reading, we also encounter the process of verifying the quality of the code. For this requirement, so-called code verifiers are used, which make it possible to recognize the quality of the code and thus prevent poor quality marking and the impossibility of reading the code in the entire product flow.
