GUIDANCE OF ROBOTS
Robot guidance using 2D/3D machine vision technologies fundamentally expands the application possibilities of industrial robots. Accurate detection (targeting) of the region of interest on the processed part allows you to perform precise operations such as assembly, welding, screwing, clipping, soldering, gluing, pressing, marking and many others.
ROBOTIZED WORKPLACE FOR PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
The unattended robotic workplace enables the assembly and inspection of 18 basic types of products, including their handling. The industrial robot picks up the bulk parts coming along the conveyor. The position of these parts in 3D space is focused by a camera system. Subsequently, these parts are inserted and pressed into the correct position on the final products, which are placed in the nests on the conveyor. A part of the workplace is a camera station, which checks the parameters of the assembled product.
