# GUIDANCE OF ROBOTS

Robot guidance using **2D/3D machine vision technologies** fundamentally expands the application possibilities of industrial robots. **Accurate detection (targeting) of the region of interest** on the processed part allows you to perform precise operations such as assembly, welding, screwing, clipping, soldering, gluing, pressing, marking and many others.

## CAMERA GUIDANCE OF THE ROBOT FOR GLUING THE LOGO ON THE KEY

For the application of logos on the bodies of the sprouts, the robotic workplace is supplemented with two camera stations, which enable the **ideal picking up of the logos from the blister**, correcting their orientation, checking the recesses on the bodies of the sprouts, **sticking the logos** and then checking the location of the logo according to **the required parameters**. The device works with two design versions of products and with two types of logos.

## ROBOTIZED WORKPLACE FOR PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

**The unattended robotic workplace** enables the assembly and inspection of **18 basic types of products**, including their handling. The industrial robot picks up the bulk parts coming along the conveyor. The position of these parts in 3D space is focused by a camera system. Subsequently, these parts are inserted and pressed into the correct position on the final products, which are placed in the nests on the conveyor. A part of the workplace is a camera station, which **checks the parameters of the assembled product.**
