# PACKAGING

Product packaging is one of the **basic process operations** of every manufacturing company.

Whether it is palletizing, collecting parts from a belt or folding products with complex shapes into KLT boxes, **robot and machine vision technologies are the right answer** to the question of how to efficiently solve packaging production operations.





















## ROBOTIZED PACKAGING LINE

The automated packaging line enables **parts to be removed from the belt conveyor** and **these parts to be placed in cardboard blisters** stored in KLT boxes. The equipment was delivered as a **complex workplace** ensuring the logistics of empty and full KLT boxes, including the necessary traceability (reading DMC codes and applying labels).

















## Packaging robotization at injection molding machine

The basic task of the device is the robotic **removal of parts from conveyors** and their placement in the final packaging box. In the previous production operation, the parts are removed from the injection molding machine using a linear robot, which places them on a conveyor belt. The parts are then transported to the area for the packaging robot - a 6-axis Staubli TX2-200L robot. The 3D position of the parts on the conveyor is determined using a camera system and the coordinates of the parts are transmitted to the robot. The robot removes the parts and places them in the final packaging boxes. The delivery includes automated exchange/manipulation of empty and full boxes. The device works with approximately **10 part designs**.
