# LASER APPLICATIONS

The connection of laser, robot and machine vision technologies brings new production possibilities, not only in the sense of replacing conventional production processes (for example, cutting plastics, welding, cleaning), but also in terms of the ability to produce new product designs such as **3D engraving or 3D decoating**.







































## CORRECTION OF WELDING ROBOT TRACTION BY CAMERA

The **technology of continuous laser welding** was chosen for the fixation (welding) of two bodies in the body of the product. In order to ensure the most accurate welding possible, the **Staubli robot** is armed and guided by a **Cognex** **camera** and structured lighting. The optical assembly is designed to **provide 3D information about the location of bodies in space**. This information allows the robot to perform a precise elliptical weld that meets product quality requirements. **The device works with two types of products**.
